We are seeking exceptional In-Home Care Support Workers to join our team and provide holistic, client-focused care.

Location: Coburg and surrounding suburbs within a 10km radius

Key Responsibilities /n

/n

- Deliver high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

/n

- Support clients with mobility, transportation, and appointments.

/n

- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful social and recreational activities.

/n





- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

/n

- Observe and report any changes in clients' health, wellbeing, or behaviour.

/n

About You /n

/n

- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic with a genuine passion for aged care.

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

/n

- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

/n

- Previous experience in aged care, NDIS, or similar support roles is highly regarded.

/n

Requirements /n

/n

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent.

/n

- Valid Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).

/n

- First Aid & CPR Training Certificate

/n

- Current Australian driver's licence and regular access to a reliable vehicle.

/n
