AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR - TOYOTA /n

This vital role is to deliver customer service excellence to our valued customers each and every day when they bring their vehicles in for Servicing, Diagnostic and Warranty repairs.

/n

You will form part of a highly skilled & professional team, and will be provided with ongoing training and support in this role to ensure your success in this ever evolving, and exciting industry.

/n





Experience in this unique & rapid-paced role is not a pre-requisite, however knowledge of the motor industry is definitely an advantage.

Responsibilities of this role include: /n

- Greeting customers – focusing on customer experience from first interaction.

/n

- Actively listening & actioning the needs of your customers

/n

- Scheduling appointments

/n

- Providing outstanding communication throughout repair processes

/n

- Ordering parts

/n

- Providing comprehensive & accurately detailed information to the workshop

/n

- Effectively communicating repair/service information to your customer

/n

- Maintaining exceptional organisation/follow up for work in progress

/n

- Meeting monthly KPI’s as specified by dealership & vehicle manufacturers

/n

/n

An attractive salary including commission structure is available depending on the experience you can bring to this role.
