About the Role: Disability Support Worker

/n

We’re expanding our frontline team and are looking for compassionate, dependable professionals to deliver exceptional support to our participants.

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

Provide direct support in personal care, community participation, transport, and daily routines.

/n





Follow person‑centred plans to help participants reach their goals and live independently.

/n

Uphold the highest standards of documentation, safety, and safeguarding.

/n

Implement behaviour support strategies (with full training provided).

/n

Communicate respectfully and professionally with families and colleagues.

/n

What You Bring:

/n

A genuine commitment to supporting people with disability.

/n

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

/n

Current First Aid & CPR certification.

/n

A full driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.

/n

Flexibility and reliability across shifts.

/n

Experience in complex or high‑intensity support environments.

/n

Prior work in SIL or community‑based roles.

/n

Familiarity with case management platforms (e.g. Splose).

/n
