Queensland Physio Group is looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our team at our busy Mermaid Waters clinic.

We’re a growing Gold Coast physiotherapy group with a robust reputation for high-quality care, sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and a supportive team culture.
/n
Our Mermaid Waters clinic is a modern, purpose-built facility with five private treatment rooms and a dedicated rehabilitation gym . You’ll work alongside a vibrant, friendly and social team treating a diverse patient base, from the general community through to competitive and elite athletes.
About the Role /n
As one of the first points of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional clinic experience.

/n
- Greeting patients and managing reception
/n
- Answering phone and email enquiries
/n
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
/n
- Processing payments and health fund claims
/n
- General administration and data entry
/n
- Supporting our physiotherapists and wider team with day-to-day clinic operations
/n
What We’re Looking For /n
/n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
/n
- A warm, friendly and professional manner
/n
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
/n
- Confidence with computers and learning new systems
/n
- The ability to multitask in a busy environment
/n
- Reliability, initiative and a positive attitude
/n
- Previous medical, allied health or reception experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right person
/n
