Boutique Consulting is partnering exclusively with this business to find an exceptional Executive Assistant ready to sit at the centre of it all — supporting two C‐suite executives, including the CFO, in a role built for someone who wants to make their mark, go far, and accelerate their career as the business accelerates around them.

The Role
n
You'll provide high-level executive and administrative support to two senior leaders, including the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), freeing them to focus on strategy while you run the engine room.
n
Working across two of the business's most critical functions, you'll manage:
n
n
- Complex diary and inbox management across two executive portfolios
n
- Coordination of contracts and key documents — from intake through to execution and renewal tracking
n
- Preparation, coordination and distribution of board papers, budgets, financial reports and presentations
n
- Document and reporting systems, keeping everything accurate and audit‐ready
n
- Board meeting logistics — scheduling, papers, minutes and portal management
n
- Relationships with auditors, banks and vendors, including invoicing and budget tracking
n
- Highly confidential information, handled with total discretion
n
n
You'll be the connective tissue across two senior portfolios and the wider business — trusted, sharp, and always a step ahead.
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
- 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C‐suite or senior executives
n
- Confidence with board portals, document management systems and e‐signature platforms
n
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and genuine enthusiasm for new technology
n
- Sharp drafting, proofreading and formatting skills across financial and corporate materials
n
- The judgement to manage competing priorities across two demanding executive portfoliosPolished communication and the confidence to liaise with senior leaders, the Board and external advisors
n
- A proactive, solutions‐first mindset and a real drive to improve how things work
n
n
Highly regarded (not essential)

- Experience in a high‐growth, quick‐scaling or global business
n
- Experience with board portal software
n
- Exposure to financial reporting, budgeting cycles or expense management systems
n

The Details

- Location: North Sydney (hybrid)

- Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base + Super
n
- Type: Full‐time, Monday–Friday
