Job Description

Ku-Ring-Gai Neighbourhood Centre Ltd (KNC) is seeking an allied health qualified to deliver home-based assessments for older Australians across Sydney regions, using a strength-based approach. You will travel to clients' homes, conduct triage by phone, and develop support plans aligned with wellness and reablement goals.

The role requires a tertiary allied health degree, experience with older people, and strong computer skills.
