Job Description

True Living in Sydney is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to deliver person-centred, high-quality care to clients with diverse needs. You’ll help clients identify goals, support daily living, and empower choice in how they live.

Role requires versatile availability, including weekends, evenings, public holidays, and overnight shifts. You’ll follow care and behaviour support plans, maintain accurate documentation, and promote safety and independence across community activities.
