We’re building a serious new player in Australian finance - and we’re looking for an ambitious Commercial Finance Broker who wants to be part of it from the beginning.

The role:

n

You’ll take ownership of commercial finance opportunities from initial enquiry through to settlement.

n

You’ll:

n

Convert qualified inbound leads and referrals

n

Understand the client, transaction and commercial objectives

n

Analyse financials, cash flow, debt and security

n

Structure commercial lending solutions

n





Identify the right lender and funding strategy

n

Work directly with banks, non-banks, private lenders and credit teams

n

Prepare strong commercial credit submissions

n

Negotiate pricing, leverage, structure and conditions

n

Resolve complex credit and transaction issues

n

Manage deals through approval, documentation and settlement

n

Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders and referral partners

n

You’ll work across commercial property, business lending, working capital, acquisitions, asset finance, SMSF commercial property, private lending and complex property-backed transactions.

n

Who we want:

n

We want a commercial broker who can understand the numbers, structure the deal and get it done.

n

Ideally, you’ll have:

n

1–3+ years’ experience in commercial finance, business banking, broking, lending or credit

n

Strong commercial lending and credit knowledge

n

Ability to analyse financial statements and business cash flow

n

Experience with commercial property and/or business lending

n

Strong lender and BDM relationships

n

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

n

Strong CRM, compliance and pipeline discipline

n

Relevant qualifications and accreditation eligibility

n

Experience across commercial property, business lending, asset finance, SMSF lending, private lending or complex transactions is highly regarded.
