Job Description n

KeyResponsibilities

n

- Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle HCMCloud applications.

n
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents,defects, and service requests within SLA timelines.

n
- Perform impact assessment, configuration changes,testing, and deployment of approved enhancements.

n
- Support Oracle quarterly release analysis,regression testing, and production deployment activities.

n




- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issuesand recommend permanent solutions.

n
- Collaborate with business users, HR stakeholders,and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

n
- Prepare operational reports, service metrics, andgovernance updates.

n
- Identify opportunities for automation, processimprovements, and service optimization.

n
- Participate in knowledge management activitiesand maintain support documentation.

n

RequiredSkills

n

n
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud ApplicationSupport and Maintenance.

n
- Positive understanding of Incident, Problem, Change,and Service Request Management processes.

n
- Experience working in AMS/Managed Servicesenvironments with SLA-driven support.

n
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, andstakeholder management skills.

n
- Experience in testing, release management, andquarterly patch validation.

n
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
