Austin Health is seeking a Radiation Therapy Manager for the Ballarat Austin Radiation Oncology Centre (BAROC).
You will provide clinical leadership, oversee operations, and drive high-quality patient-centered care across a large, diverse team of radiation therapists.
Lead service development, safety, and workflow optimization while collaborating with ONJ Centre and BAROC leadership to meet national standards and strategic goals.
Experience in HR and change management is essential.
