Fergus Builders is seeking an experienced Civil Plant Operator to support local Mackay region projects. You will operate excavators, loaders, rollers, posi tracks, water trucks and graders across build pads, carparks and subdivisions, delivering safe, accurate earthworks.
Reporting to the Civil Project Manager, you’ll contribute to a variety of civil tasks with daily checks, plan reading and robust safety practices. A robust team ethos and commitment to quality are essential.
