Job Description

The Senior SCCM Administrator role in Melbourne City, Victoria, is part of HCLTech's Support & Operations team responsible for advanced technical support and robust SCCM operations. You will troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive security-focused improvements.

Responsibilities include updating the knowledge base, training recent analysts, resolving tickets within SLAs, and maintaining a high CSAT by ensuring first-call resolution and a strong security posture.
