The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Sports Turf Manager to oversee the upkeep of high-quality sporting surfaces across the Sutherland area. You'll be responsible for cylinder mowing, turf maintenance and ensuring grounds are kept to a high standard. This is a great opportunity to work across quality sporting facilities, develop your turf management skills and build a long-term career. Role and Responsibilities:
n

- Maintain high-quality sports turf across sporting fields and facilities
n
- Complete cylinder mowing to maintain consistent turf height and presentation
n
- Carry out regular turf maintenance, mowing and general grounds upkeep
n
- Monitor turf health and identify issues affecting grass quality and growth
n
- Operate and maintain turf management machinery and equipment
n
- Complete fertilising, watering and turf treatments as required
n
- Prepare and maintain playing surfaces to meet required standards
n
- Identify and manage weeds, pests, disease and other turf issues
n
- Liaise with clients and site teams to ensure grounds are maintained to a high standard
n
- Maintain tools and equipment while following all site safety requirements
n

What will you need?
n
n
- Hort, Sports Turf or Greenkeeping experience
n
- Current driver's licence (auto or manual)
n
- MR Licence (Highly desirable)
n
- National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
n
- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
