Job Description

Perigon Group in Sydney seeks an Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate to join the Investments & Transactions team. You will work across the full deal lifecycle from origination through underwriting, execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring, collaborating with senior stakeholders.

You will build and maintain financial models, prepare credit and investment committee papers, and conduct due diligence on recent opportunities, with real estate debt experience and a proactive mindset valued.
