We are currently seeking an experienced Upgrades Security Technician to join our NSW team. This role will see you working across sites predominantly throughout Greater Sydney and surrounding areas , with occasional travel across NSW as required.

As a skilled Upgrades Technician, you will be responsible for the upgrading, servicing, troubleshooting and maintenance of electronic security systems across existing sites. This is a full-time, hands‑on position offering the prospect to work across a diverse range of projects while contributing to the continued growth of our rapidly expanding national business.

What your role looks like: n

n
- n

Upgrade, troubleshoot, install and commission a variety of electronic security systems on existing sites, including CCTV, access control and intercom solutions

n
- n

Diagnose faults and provide practical upgrade solutions for existing and legacy systems

n
- n

Liaise directly with clients, building managers and site contacts to understand their requirements and provide professional advice

n
- n

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant regulations and industry best practice

n
- n

Maintain accurate records of work completed and provide clear reporting to management

n
- n

Support the wider service and upgrades team with project coordination, problem‑solving and knowledge sharing

n

What We’re Looking For: nn
- n

Proven experience as an Electronic Security Systems Technician

n
- n

Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control and intercom systems

n
- n

Knowledge and hands‑on experience with URMET, DNAKE, iPassan (FDI) and Integriti systems is highly regarded / preferred

n
- n

Experience working with existing and legacy security systems and completing system upgrades

n
- n

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

n
- n

Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills

n
- n





Excellent communication and customer service skills

n
- n

Ability to work independently while also contributing to a wider technical team

n
- n

Current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites

n
- n

White Card preferred

n
- n

A current and valid NSW Security Licence

n
- n
