Your role: n

- Greeting and advising customers at vehicle check-in & through the day.
n
- Preparing repair orders and cost/time estimates
n




- Arranging loan vehicles
n
- Liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion
n
- Providing outstanding customer service from drop-off to pick-up
n
- Deliver clear communication and top-tier customer experiences
n
- Thrive in a structured, supportive environment
