Job Description

Wildsoul Wellness in Melbourne is seeking a senior front-of-house to lead member experiences and drive studio sales. This role supports the Studio Manager and owns all sales, retail and member engagement outside management.

You will convert prospects in-studio, welcome current members, nurture relationships, handle memberships, and mentor junior staff while maintaining studio standards and high customer service levels.
