I’m currently recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Melbourne Corporate team of a leading top-tier Australian firm.

This is a solid opportunity for a corporate lawyer looking to work on major transactions while maintaining genuine breadth across their practice.

What will you work on? n

The team advises major Australian and international corporates, financial sponsors and investors across:

- Public M&A;, including takeovers and schemes
n
- Private equity transactions
n
- Equity capital markets
n
- Corporate advisory and governance
n

n

You’ll gain exposure to transactions across sectors including infrastructure, energy, financial services, technology, healthcare, mining, media and retail.

The opportunity n

Rather than being confined to one narrow stream of corporate work,



you’ll have the opportunity to build experience across M&A;, private equity and capital markets, working with different Partners and specialist teams across the firm.

The practice also works closely with Banking & Finance, Funds and Tax on complex transactions, providing exposure to the broader commercial drivers behind a deal.

Who they’re looking for n

There is flexibility from Associate through to Senior Associate , with strong Corporate/M&A; experience from a leading Australian, international or top-tier firm preferred.

Australian lawyers currently overseas and considering a move back to Melbourne are also encouraged to get in touch.
