Metro South Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse to lead advanced clinical care at Lagoon Ward in Bayside Health Service. The role focuses on patients with complex medical needs, providing expert nursing care and clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team across MAPU and AMU.

You will perform advanced assessments, care planning and coordination, mentor juniors, participate in quality improvement, audits and evidence-based practice, and help streamline patient flow and timely discharge
