Job Description

Airport Retail Group Australia is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our current premium F&B; venues at Western Sydney International Airport, opening late 2026. You will build and mentor a high‑performing opening team, setting service standards and operating routines from day one.

You will oversee front‑of‑house operations, work with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager, and ensure labour, stock and procurement support the opening plan while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
