We’re partnering with a global warehouse robotics and automation business that is growing its solutions capability in Australia.

They’re looking for an experienced Solution Consultant with a strong background in pre-sales, solution design and customer engagement across warehouse automation or intralogistics.
n
The role sits between sales and engineering and is focused on getting involved early in the customer journey. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their operations, challenges and technical requirements, then help shape and present the right automation solution.
What you’ll be doing n
n
- Working with customers to understand warehouse operations, pain points and technical requirements
n
- Supporting sales through the pre-sales and solution design process
n
- Developing automation concepts and solution proposals
n
- Working across technologies such as AGV / AMR, AS/RS, conveyor, sortation, robotics and warehouse software
n
- Presenting technical solutions to both technical and commercial stakeholders
n
- Supporting tenders, proposals and customer presentations
n
- Working closely with regional sales, engineering and solution teams across APAC
n
What we’re looking for nn
- Solid direct experience in solution consulting, pre-sales or solution engineering
n
- Background in warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling or automated logistics
n
- Comfortable leading customer discovery and requirements gathering
n
- Experience shaping technical solutions before project delivery
n
- Strong presentation and communication skills
n
- Ability to work across sales, engineering and customer teams
n
- AutoCAD or similar design experience is highly regarded
n
- Mandarin would be useful, but direct solution consulting experience is the priority
n
