Must Have Skills:

5–10 years of professional .NET development experience.
n Strong proficiency in C#, Object-Oriented Programming, and the .NET Framework.
n Solid hands-on experience with:

Threading
n XML handling
n LINQ queries
n SQL Server (T-SQL, indexing, performance tuning)
n Classic JavaScript, DOM, async patterns

n

Experience using Git, TFS, or similar version-control tools.
n Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and code review processes.

Nice to Have Skills:
n Experience with .NET Core and contemporary JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular).
n Experience working with legacy codebases and modernizing them.
n Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps toolchains.
n BizTalk experience (basic).
