At Arete Concrete, we specialise in providing high-quality concrete placement services to our clients. We seek an experienced and motivated Concrete Foreman to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results.

As a Concrete Foreman with us, you will oversee all aspects of concrete placement projects, including managing a team of skilled workers, coordinating equipment and materials, and ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

n

- Several years of experience in concrete formwork, placement and finishing, including a solid understanding of concrete mix design, finishing techniques, and curing methods
n
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively, including delegating tasks, providing guidance and feedback,



and fostering a positive team culture
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders
n
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions to complex challenges
n
- A commitment to safety and quality, with a thorough understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
n
- White card
n
- Concreting experience (commercial experience, working to levels, finishing, formwork, steel fixing)
n
- Your own transport
n
- Physically capable of carrying out concreting work
n
- A proven track record of being a good person.
