Job Description
Aligned Leisure is seeking a Duty Captain to manage daily facility operations and ensure exceptional safety and customer experiences.
You will lead the service delivery team, coordinate programs, and maintain immaculate presentation across all areas of the centre.
Essentials include first aid/CPR, willingness to obtain lifeguard qualifications for aquatic sites, and adherence to OH&S; procedures.
You will report to Centre leadership and support community programs.
