You will handle inbound/outbound customer interactions about fraud, investigate transactions, review alerts, and build detailed case files to protect customers from financial crime.
The role requires empathy, robust questioning, and the ability to work across multiple systems in a quick-paced setting.
Experience in fraud or banking is valued, but not essential.
