The Plaza Hotel in Sydney's CBD is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team across The Plaza's bars—from our basement cocktail bar to the Level One nightclub and bistro/sports bar. You will craft cocktails, deliver fast, friendly service, and maintain knowledge of the drinks menu while staying sharp in a busy, late-night setting.

NSW RSA certification is essential, and availability for nights and weekends is required.
