We're looking for an experienced Barista & Café Front of House team member to join our friendly, family-run café.

We're after someone who loves great coffee, enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent service. Barista experience is essential , however, we're more than happy to provide further training and development on the job to help you grow your skills.

We trade 7 days a week, serving breakfast and lunch , with occasional functions and evening work throughout the year.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and serving quality coffee to a high standard
- Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages
- Providing friendly, attentive customer service
- Using your menu and product knowledge to make recommendations and answer customer questions
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented café
- Working efficiently and calmly in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth daily service




- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and cleanliness

What we're looking for

A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality

Someone who takes pride in their work and presentation

The ability to work well within a team

Valuable time management and the ability to work confidently in a busy environment

RSA preferred, but not essential

A willingness to learn - further training and development provided on the job
