Synergie Australia is seeking a Factory Hand for our Smithfield site in NSW. This ongoing position offers an immediate start with a 6:50am–3:00pm schedule, Monday to Friday, and a pay rate of $31 per hour. Lunch is provided daily, with in office parking.
Responsibilities include assembly, tool use, packing finished goods, and general factory/warehouse duties, all while maintaining safety and efficiency. Applicants should be reliable, physically fit, and able to work independently or in a team,
