Community Housing Limited on the Gold Coast is seeking a casual Contact Centre Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, handling maintenance enquiries, general questions and complaints with a skilled, responsive approach.

You’ll triage priorities, provide accurate information about CHL products and services, coordinate with internal teams and maintain call logs and related reports to support service excellence.
