Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park is seeking a dedicated Full time Chef de Partie – à la carte. You will craft high-quality dishes for Windows Restaurant and Mortimer's Bar, while adapting to special requests to create memorable dining experiences that encourage guests to return.
You will lead and coach kitchen colleagues under the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef, contribute to seasonal menus, and uphold premium standards and food hygiene across breakfast, dinner and in-room dining.
