Full ownership of branch performance and profitability

Leading, coaching and developing your team

About you:
Proven experience in branch management,businessmanagementorsenior operational leadership
Background in trade wholesale,



construction, plumbing, electrical or a related sector (preferred, not essential)
Robust people leader with a customer-first mindset
Commerciallyastute,confidentandcomfortable with autonomy
Motivated byownership,impactandlong-term success
