Job Description

Calvary Mater Newcastle is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for General Medicine, Cardiology and Palliative Care Services. This permanent full time role reports to the Director of Nursing and Clinical Services and leads operational delivery with a focus on patient-centred care and service improvement.

The successful candidate will drive workforce planning, workforce development, and multidisciplinary leadership across nursing and clinical teams, aligning with Calvary's mission and NSQHS
