Front of House Staff (Wait Staff and Bartenders) n

Sealevel Restaurant is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Front of House Staff to join our team on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a quick-paced hospitality setting. Based in Cronulla NSW, this casual position offers flexibility and the chance to be part of a dynamic hospitality team. As Front of House Staff, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for our guests through attentive service and a genuine commitment to excellence.

What you'll be doing n

- Greeting guests warmly and seating them at appropriate tables in accordance with restaurant procedures
n
- Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations about food and beverage offerings
n
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and relaying them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff
n
- Serving food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
n
- Checking on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
n
- Processing payments and managing transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
n
- Clearing and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean and organised dining area
n
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfilment
n
- Maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and allergen information to assist guests
n
- Upholding high standards of personal hygiene and food safety practices
n

What we're looking for nn
- Previous experience in a waiting or customer service role within a hospitality setting
n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele
n




- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remember guest preferences and special requests
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and manage multiple tables simultaneously
n
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays and plates
n
- Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
n
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
n
- Basic mathematical skills for processing payments and calculating bills
n
- Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol (RSA) certification is highly desirable
n
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
n
