About the Role
n
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team on a full time basis, (flexible for the right candidate), managing a portfolio across Tamworth and the surrounding region.
We've built our property management operations around clear procedures and modern tools - including Property Me, Taipi and Inspection Express - so our PMs spend less time on admin and more time managing relationships and outcomes for owners and tenants.

Managing a portfolio of residential properties:
n
n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance
n
- Coordinating repairs and liaising with trades
n
- Managing lease renewals, applications and tenancy agreements
n
- Handling arrears and tenancy matters
n
- Preparing and managing ingoing and outgoing condition reports
n
- General portfolio administration and reporting
n
- Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with NSW legislation
n
- Communicating regularly with property owners and providing exceptional service
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Relevant NSW property management licence/qualifications (essential)
n
- Proven experience managing a residential property portfolio
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with owners and tenants
n
- Comfortable working with property management software and digital tools
n
