endota Sydney is opening a current spa at Macarthur Square. We are seeking a Spa Manager to lead a team of therapists, drive service standards, and manage budgets in a seven-room facility offering massage, facials, and advanced skin treatments.

You will champion our values, recruit and onboard staff, optimise bookings, and ensure excellent client experiences. Flexible rostering, visa-friendly for local holders, and staff training provided.
