About the Role n

As Club Manager, you'll be leading the day-to-day club operations while creating a high-energy,



member-focused environment. You'll drive club performance through leadership, sales, retention and operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities n

- Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team in your club
n
- Drive membership sales and retention outcomes
n
- Deliver exceptional member service and engagement
n
- Build strong local community and business relationships
n
- Manage club presentation and operational standards
n
- Monitor KPIs and club performance metrics
n
- Create a positive, energetic and accountable team culture
n
- Ensure a safe, compliant and welcoming club environment
n

Who You Are n

You're someone who naturally motivates others and leads from the front. You bring energy, accountability and a passion for helping both members and teams succeed.

You’ll Bring n

- Leadership or management experience (fitness, hospitality, retail or customer-focused industries highly regarded)
n
- Strong communication and people skills
n
- Sales confidence and commercial awareness
n
- Ability to coach and develop others
n
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset
n
- Passion for health, fitness and member outcomes
n
- Strong organization and operational capability
n
- Confident with social media, content creation and appearing on camera
n
- Experience in fitness is welcomed - but leadership, attitude and culture fit matter most
n
- Availability to work some Saturdays is a must.
