Southern NSW Local Health District in Lismore is seeking a Registered Nurse for Community Health on a maternity leave relief basis.
The role is temporary Part Time (18 weeks) with 32 hours per week, pro rata remuneration, and a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
You will deliver community nursing care, wound management, and hospital avoidance strategies across diverse settings, contributing to high-quality patient outcomes in the Northern Rivers region.
