Bayview Adventure Camp in Grantville (VIC) is seeking a Hospitality Services Manager to oversee two departments: catering and housekeeping.
You will lead two teams to deliver high standards in meals, cleanliness, and presentation across the campsite facilities.
Responsibilities include menu planning, dietary management, stock control, food safety compliance, and staff training.
You will ensure cleanliness and safety in accommodation and communal areas while guiding junior staff and coordinating
