About the Role

As part of our dedicated team, you will:

- Deliver high-quality, play-based educational experiences that support children's learning, development and wellbeing.

- Develop and implement engaging educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

- Observe, assess and document children's learning and development using Storypark, ensuring each child's individual interests, strengths and goals are reflected in planning.





- Contribute to the planning cycle by developing meaningful experiences that extend children's learning.

- Foster warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children, families and the wider community.

- Create and maintain safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environments.

- Support the service in maintaining compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, National Quality Standard and Little Kindy's policies and procedures.

- Assist with quality improvement initiatives, compliance documentation and service administration.

- Work collaboratively with the Nominated Supervisor and education team to continuously improve the quality of the service.

- Act as the Responsible Person when required (where applicable and appropriately qualified).

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).

- Previous experience working within an Early Childhood Education and Care setting (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).

- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).

- Experience in educational programming and documenting children's learning using Storypark or similar software (preferred).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.





- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- The ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment.

- A current Working With Children Check (WWCC).

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

- Current Child Protection and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
