About the Role

As a Parts Salesperson, you will provide parts support to both internal departments and external customers, ensuring parts requests are handled efficiently and professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting customers with parts enquiries and sales
- Sourcing and identifying parts using electronic catalogues and databases
- Ordering, quoting, receipting and invoicing parts
- Managing incoming stock and freight deliveries
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers




- Supporting the promotion and growth of the Parts Department
- Maintaining accurate records and inventory systems
