The Preschool Educator (Afternoon Lead) plays a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning setting where children are encouraged to learn, explore and flourish. This position will lead the afternoon program, supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development through meaningful experiences, positive relationships and responsive care.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the Preschool Director, fellow educators, families and the broader School community, contributing to a warm and supportive environment that reflects our commitment to providing Christ-centred, nurturing and high-quality early childhood education and care. You will model best practice, support a culture of teamwork and help ensure the Preschool's operations and programs consistently meet regulatory and quality standards.

This is a full-time position beginning in 2027.
