Key responsibilities

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and referral partners
- Prospecting and generating new residential sales opportunities
- Assisting with appraisals, listing presentations, and campaign strategies
- Managing buyer enquiries and developing an active buyer database
- Conducting inspections and supporting open-for-inspection campaigns
- Negotiating with confidence and working towards exceptional sales outcomes
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and consistently following up leads
- Working collaboratively with agents, administration, marketing, and leadership
- Representing the brand professionally and delivering an exceptional client experience
