ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an excellent Opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified RN (looking to work in a General Practice) to work collaborative and welcoming workplace. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our Patients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Chronic Disease Management
- Immunisations and Vaccinations
- Wound Care and Dressings
- Assisting Dr's with Procedures
- Health Assessments and Recalls
- Patient Education and Support
- Maintaining accurate Clinical Records
ABOUT YOU
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Strong clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a Team
- Immunisation Certification (Highly Regarded)
