Home & Living Service Delivery Manager - SIL & Drop-In Services
Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery of Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and Drop-In Services.
Responsible for ensuring participant supports are delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.
Accountable for participant outcomes, workforce management, Roster of Care (ROC), operational consistency, on-call support, and financial sustainability.
Key responsibilities
Ensure participant goals, rights, and safety are prioritised
Oversee NDIS care plans, incident reports, and documentation
Act as main contact for families and allied health
Ensure consistent person-centered support
Maintain operational consistency and WHS compliance
Oversee staffing, rosters,



and workflow efficiency
Ensure timely escalation of risks and incidents
Manage NDIS reporting including restrictive practices
Implement corrective actions
Maintain structured handover systems and ensure communication across teams
About you
Diploma in Disability or equivalent
Experience in SIL/NDIS services
NDIS Worker Screening Check
WWCC
Driver License
Leadership and workforce management capability
Risk and compliance management expertise
Financial and operational oversight skills
Communication and stakeholder engagement ability
