Barwon Health is seeking an experienced Social Worker for the Swanston Centre in Geelong.
You will support consumers with major mental illness in a 32-bed inpatient unit, delivering psychosocial assessments, counselling and discharge planning as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You will focus on complex needs and address housing, financial wellbeing, relationships, and community connections to support recovery.
