Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Guest Experience Officer to drive current memberships for Health and Fitness and Learn to Swim.
As part of the team, you will work toward sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service, enhancing the guest experience both in person and over the phone.
Weekend availability is essential.
You will conduct centre tours, process memberships, handle enquiries, and maintain knowledge of services while using POS systems in line with policy and Belgravia values.
