Diesel Fitter – Component Rebuilds (Top Pay, Clean Workshop, No FIFO)
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Strip, inspect, rebuild and test diesel engines, transmissions and driveline components
n
Work across brands such as Cummins, Caterpillar, Volvo, John Deere, Allison, Twin Disc, Epiroc
n
Rebuild components to OEM and above‐OEM standards
n
Document rebuilds clearly and professionally
n
n
This is rebuild work — not breakdowns, not rushed site repairs, and not FIFO.
n
What we're looking for
n
Must have:
n
n
Trade‐qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter (or equivalent)
n
Strong mechanical fundamentals and workshop experience
n
Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
n
n
Nice to have (but not essential)
n
n
Full engine or transmission rebuild experience




n
Powershift transmission experience
n
OEM training or mining / marine background
n
HR licence
n
n
