We are looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Sales Specialist to join our team.

This is more than just an internal sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys dealing with customers, has a genuine interest in the electrical industry and wants to develop their skills and career within a successful electrical wholesale business.

About the role n

You will work closely with our trade customers, helping them find the right products and solutions while building strong, long-term relationships.

Your day will include: n

- Responding to customer enquiries and providing product advice
n
- Preparing quotes and processing sales
n
- Assisting electricians, contractors and trade customers with product selection
n
- Developing strong customer relationships
n
- Following up opportunities and identifying additional sales
n
- Working with suppliers and our broader team to source products and solutions
n
- Helping customers with their day-to-day electrical requirements
n
- Contributing to the overall sales and success of the branch
n

What we're looking for n

We don't necessarily need someone who knows everything — but we do need someone with some experience in electrical wholesaling,



electrical products or a closely related trade environment .

You will ideally have: n

- Experience in electrical wholesale, trade sales or a related industry
n
- A good understanding of electrical products and terminology
n
- Robust customer service and communication skills
n
- A positive, reliable and professional attitude
n
- The ability to build genuine relationships with customers
n
- A willingness to learn and develop your product knowledge
n
- Good computer and administration skills
n
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team
n
