West Gippsland Healthcare Group is offering two fixed-term maternity leave District Nurse positions in Gippsland VIC. The District Nurse will deliver autonomous, evidence-based care in clients' homes, spanning District Nursing, HITH and Palliative Care, with a diverse caseload and opportunities for professional growth.

Applicants should be registered with AHPRA, have at least 3 years of acute clinical experience, and demonstrate solid assessment, care planning and communication skills.
