Experienced Cabinet Vision Draftsperson – Designer Joinery n

Designer Joinery is a custom joinery and cabinetry specialist based in Condell Park, NSW, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Greater Sydney.

We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Vision Draftsperson to join our growing team. This is a full time position with the flexibility to work from home a few days per week.

Role Description n

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented draftsperson who specialises in Cabinet Vision, has strong design capabilities and can confidently take projects from preliminary shop drawings through to nesting and production.

Key Responsibilities: n

- Follow the production schedule, ensuring all daily drawing deadlines are consistently met.
n
- Prepare accurate preliminary and final shop drawings using Cabinet Vision.
n
- Interpret architectural plans, design specifications and site measurements.
n




- Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, cutting lists and material take-offs.
n
- Nest jobs and prepare CNC files ready for manufacturing and production.
n
- Liaise with project managers, designers and the production team to resolve design and manufacturing issues.
n
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
n

Qualifications & Experience nn
- Extensive experience and advanced proficiency in Cabinet Vision is essential.
n
- Strong joinery design skills and experience preparing detailed shop drawings.
n
- Proven experience in nesting and preparing jobs for CNC manufacturing.
n
- Strong understanding of joinery construction, materials, hardware and installation requirements.
n
- Ability to work independently, manage workloads and consistently meet production deadlines.
n
- Previous experience in the Australian joinery or cabinetmaking industry is highly regarded.
